San Guillermo is a full bodied coffee, full of character. Excellent in it’s application as a full city, stronger espresso, with a nutty cup and a characterful experience. Light roasts offer you a very interesting, and very acidic single origin filter.

It’s an excellent candidate for a more traditional and very flavorful, nutty espresso using a full cityor full city plus roast profile. Due to it’s mild acidity, a lighter roast still allows you a full range of applications.

SAM_2023This supernatural coffee has a mild, sweet and easy taste, with notes of grapes and red fruit. It has a sparkling acidity and a very subtle body. As a full city roast, its cup qualities makes it accessible for the main coffee crowd, it’s very suitable as a single origin in filter or espresso. As a light roast it’s sparkling acidity definitely takes control of the cup, which does very well in filter.

It’s very suitable as a single origin filter or espresso due to it’s accessible but outstanding cup qualities. Using a light roast profile, the crisp acidity stays in balance with the other cup qualities. The Candelilla Estate Honey is our all-rounder of the moment.
